That\u2019s a question I had in my mind when Trent arrived for my free lawn analysis.\u00a0 Trent is the owner of Precision Turf, a local lawn care company based here in Omaha.\u00a0 I had read many of Trent\u2019s answers about lawn care on the Nextdoor App and I was always impressed that he answered people\u2019s questions professionally, thoroughly and without any hint of a sales pitch.\u00a0 He told everyone the best way to address their lawn care issues, what products to buy, where to buy them and how to use them.<\/p>\n

My wife and I like to have a nice looking lawn and ours always looked really good until it hits mid-summer, then seemingly overnight the condition reverses course and it becomes a constant effort to control weeds, crabgrass, nutsedge and even fungus.\u00a0 It was about that time I decided to put Trent to the test and check out his free lawn care analysis.\u00a0 Upon his arrival for the lawn analysis, he patiently listened to my tales of woe and the issues I had questions about.\u00a0 He calmly explained each different issue and how and when they typically occur.<\/p>\n

He explained the treatment for each issue including timing, products, where to purchase them and basically he laid out a complete lawn care plan that I could do all by myself.\u00a0\u00a0 He even explained a simple process to make sure the sprinkler system was optimized for different times of the year.\u00a0 Throughout the lawn care analysis Trent spent a fair amount of time answering my many questions, plus he detailed a comprehensive plan to address the current issues.\u00a0 \u00a0Not once did he even hint about hiring his company.<\/p>\n

If you like a nice lawn, and if you just want the information to do it yourself, you owe it to yourself to get a free Lawn Analysis from Trent.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0His genuine care for how your lawn looks is refreshing, and his quiet, unassuming approach to dealing with people was a nice change from pushy fertilizer plan sales people.<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t sign up with Trent that day, as I wanted to deeply consider all the things he had said.\u00a0 I also wanted time to review what I had spent the previous year on the lawn care products I had purchased, the results, or lack thereof, and just how much I did not particularly enjoy dealing with different chemicals, fertilizers, herbicides, etc.<\/p>\n

After considering the pros and cons of DIY vs. hiring a professional, plus performing a fairly detailed cost benefit analysis, I called Trent and became a client, and have been very happy that I did.\u00a0 So far the lawn is looking great and I intend to report back in Aug. or Sept. with a progress report.\u00a0 I have a really good feeling this will be my best lawn year ever!<\/p>\n
